Haryana State Rugby Football Association was registered with
Registrar of Societies Haryana under the Societies Registration Registration
Act 1860 on 23 May, 2008 which was later re registered with the same Authority
under Haryana Registration and Regulation of Societies Act 2012 on 09 December, 2014
